Brazil Property News: Spain offers 'smaller properties for more money'

Property investors have been warned that Spain offers smaller properties for more money by an industry expert this week.
According to independent overseas investment advice website, ShelterOffshore.com, the Spanish market is now significantly less-lucrative that it used to be.
Rhiannon Williamson, director of ShelterOffshore.com, said: "Spain is generally more expensive, you get smaller properties for your money, and because large amounts of real estate stock have been built in the most popular locations, a saturation effect is now affecting the overall market."
Earlier this month, FedEx economist Kellie Maske said at the fifth annual Commercial Property Forecast Summit in Memphis that Brazil has the "most-dynamic" growth potential for property investors.
She added that the Latin American nation had a "brick and mortar" economy and tipped it as an up-and-coming investment location.
NatWest International Personal Banking recently published a Quality of Life Report - undertaken in conjunction with the Centre for Future Studies think tank - which surveyed British expatriates across the world.
The report revealed that 90 per cent of expats surveyed were financially better off than they were in the UK while 91 per cent were happier than they were before they moved.
