Brazil Property News: TAP begins first Lisbon to Belo Horizonte flight

Brazilian airline TAP began operating its new flight route this week, marking improved travel options between Latin America and Europe.
The airline will now fly between Belo Horizonte and Lisbon – a route that will be operated by an A330 aircraft that has the capacity for 259 passengers.
Flights will run five times a week, in either direction and will depart on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The first flight took off on Monday February 11th, arriving in the capital of the state of Minas Gerais at 17:30 local time.
Normally, flights will depart from Lisbon at 10:00 local time, arriving in Belo Horizonte at 17:30 local time.
In the reverse direction the TAP aircraft will leave Tancredo Neves at 19:00 local time and arrive in the Portuguese capital at 18:05 local time.
TAP now offers 65 flights a week between Europe and Brazil, where it flies to eight destinations including Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Brasília, Salvador, Natal, Recife and Fortaleza.
