Property investors can ‘get up close to the Amazon’
People investing in Brazilian property will be able to get up close to one of the most scenic regions in the world.
Alison McGowan, writing for Gringoes.com, recently stayed in a hidden pousada in Manaus, in the north of Brazil.
Off the beaten track, her room was only accessible by boat, while a programme of activities was also arranged for her stay, including Cayman spotting, jungle walking and piranha fishing.
"There are a good number of jungle lodges located in the Amazon region, with varying standards of accommodation and varying prices to match," she advised people thinking of investing in Brazilian property.
Ms McGowan went on to say that staying in the Amazon region is part of a "true Brazilian" hideaway experience, which is "well worth it" for people who want to explore the jungle.
According to GreatestPlaces.org, Brazil’s Iguazu Falls are another landmark which should be visited, with waterfalls plummeting up to 270 feet into a gorge below.
