Tropical D’Santo Cristo Beach to be model for sustainability
Property investors looking for Brazilian real estate have been told that the Tropical D’Santo Cristo Beach Resort is continuing to evolve as demand continues to rise.
Samantha Gore, sales manager for uv10, said that the north-east property hotspot is catering for Brazil’s young jet-set and international kite surfers who have fallen in love with the destination over the past couple of years.
"Tropical D’Santo Cristo Beach Resort will add 580 new guest beds to the existing 230 beds in town. Although the largest project in the region with 113 units, it will become the role model for sustainable development," she added.
Ms Gore stated that buildings will be designed to be zero-carbon and zero-waste, while the community will be water efficient.
Building materials used are going to be local and sustainable, while the use electrical golf buggies and rented bicycles will be encouraged.
Last month, Ms Gore encouraged people looking at Brazilian property not to hesitate, stating that the country can offer the stability and growth that investors are looking for.
